“Hasta la vista, baby”. We’re bringing the Terminator back to 2019 for you lovely people, throwing it up onto our big screen as Pitch Cinema marches on through October.
Set eleven years after the first film’s events, young John Connor (Edward Furlong) – the key to civilisation’s victory over a future robot uprising – is the target of the shape-shifting T-1000 (Robert Patrick), a Terminator sent from the future to kill him.
Another Terminator, the revamped T-800 (Schwarzenegger) has been sent back to protect the boy. After being forced to go on the run, John forms an unexpected bond with the seemingly cold, unfeeling killing machine.
This long-awaited sequel was a resounding success amongst critics and the box office alike, praised for its eye-popping visual effects, and the depth of its human and cyborg characters.
The film due to begin at 8pm sharp, but we advise guests to arrive at around 7:30pm so they have more than enough time to settle in and collect any food or drink from our bar.
Food & Drink tickets are available below for £10 a head, and include any meal from Empress Market’s eclectic menu plus a beer or wine of your choice. Drink-only tickets are £5, whilst standard entry (minus food & drink) to all our screenings is absolutely free when you sign up to our film club below.
